男,1974 年出生。1996 年毕业于北京理工大学化工与材料学院,2000 年在清华大学生物系获得细胞与分子生物学硕士,2004 年在加州大学洛杉矶分校获得生物医学工程专业博士学位。2005 年,加入北京大学工学院生物医学工程系,现任北京大学工学院研究员,博士生导师。目前担任中国化学会化学生物学专业委员会委员、中国医药生物技术协会生物芯片分会常务委员、中国生物医学工程学会生物医学测量分会委员等职务。主要从事大规模功能基因技术的研发和应用,包括细胞芯片、大规模药物筛选、基因操纵、miRNA、TALE 及CRISPR 技术开发和应用等。近五年,围绕药物筛选、药效评估动物模型等方面,取得了突出成绩,在 Nature, Nat. Biotechnol., Nat. Cell Biol., Nat. Commun., Proc. Natl. Acad. Sci. USA, Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.等专业杂志发表 30 余篇高水平学术论文;主持或承担过国家自然科学基金 4 项,“973 计划”课题 2 项及863 课题2 项。
